1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, company name, industry, and plan selection provided during registration.

Usage Data: Chat messages with your AI agent, mission board tasks, onboarding responses, and tool connection preferences.

Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

API Keys: Third-party API keys you provide for tool connections are stored encrypted in our database and used solely to execute agent actions on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the SoloMatic AI service; configure and personalize your AI agent; process payments and manage your subscription; communicate with you about your account and service updates; improve our platform and develop new features. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Ownership

You own your data. All business data, customer information, chat history, and content generated through your AI agent belongs to you. If you cancel your subscription, you retain full ownership of your raw data and all third-party accounts. Upon request, we will export your data in a standard format within 30 days of cancellation.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database with row-level security). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. API keys are stored with additional encryption. We implement industry-standard security practices including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), OpenRouter/OpenAI/Anthropic (AI model providers). Each of these services has their own privacy policy. When you connect your own third-party tools (n8n, Twilio, CRM, etc.), your data flows through those services according to their respective privacy policies.

6. AI-Generated Content

Conversations with your AI agent are processed through third-party AI model providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Anthropic, depending on your settings). These providers may process your messages according to their own data usage policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of your selected AI provider. SoloMatic does not use your conversations to train AI models.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the platform is used. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless you request an export. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at marco@solomatic.ai.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect.
